• Dinner & Discussion is a sacred space where we gather over dinner to talk through the real life burdens—life, loss, overwhelm, grief, healing, growth, forgiveness, identity, boundaries, peace and purpose. 

• Once a month, we tackle a new topic inspired by the transformation journey of the butterfly and the powerful lessons from the S.E.L.F. and Finding Your Wings programs. 

• We laugh, we cry, we share, and we leave feeling lighter, encouraged, hopeful, and ready—equipped with spiritual tools, practical tips, and a renewed sense of community and self.
